Job Title: Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
We are seeking for a highly reliable, experienced sonographer Part-Time or Full time to join our team in Newmarket and/or Aurora. Flexible hours and extended shifts can be arranged. NT, Anatomy scans, MSK and Vascular an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Fast learner with ability to take instructions and feedback from radiologists
- Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations including General, Small Parts, and Obstetrical
- Responsible for care of patients within the department
- Prepares and maintains adequate written reports to document all procedures and test results accordingly
- Maintain adequate patient records/notes
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality
EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION:
- Experience in General, ALL levels of OBS including NT, MSK, Vascular is preferred
- Candidates must be CMRITO certification
- Current CPR certificate
- Liability insurance is required
